The app also allows me to hold the property management company and owner accountable for anything I had reported about the condo. With everything going into a data base, I can say "check EZ Inspections, I did report that issue." So it gives me comfort knowing that anything I reported was received and can be quickly addressed.

I find the app helpful and would recommend other companies to use it. It really does help to insure that none of the little things fall through the cracks.
